Mid Sussex Flyers

About us

club1 club2 club3 club4

The Mid Sussex Flyers are a small R/C model aircraft club flying from a grass strip located in Mid Sussex. We're a relativity small club with around 30 members so have a very friendly atmosphere.

The club was formed in 2001 from the amalgamation of the Ardingly Flyers and the 66 club from Burgess Hill. With the advent of ARTF models and computerised radio control gear model flying has gained interest from a great number of people with a wide age range. The main interest of our club members is the flying of power planes, both sport and scale, gliders and electrically powered models.

Unfortunately the site is not suitable for gas turbine powered models.
